Auto-Start when Connecting via Bluetooth

Post by ralph029 » Sat Nov 08, 2014 7:19 am

How do I stop my android device from playing automatically when connecting in a car via Bluetooth? Even if MM is not running the connection still happens and music (only music, not podcasts or audiobooks) starts. Not always a good thing when certain people are in the car and the Dwarves come out of nowhere :)

Maybe you could try switching the car head unit to FM radio or another input before turning the engine off so that when you next start it, it doesn't automatically hunt for the last bluetooth connected device and make it do what it was doing last. Doesn't really answer your question but it's a "work-around".
