Few days ago MM stopped playing on the left channel after just one song. This continues until I restart the app. This happens both when I am using bluetooth headphones and plugged-in headphones. Any other player I try does not do this so the issue is clearly with the MM app, and again both using wired and wireless headphones.
I am using Samsung Galaxy S9+, Android version 9, my MM version is 1.3.3.0842 (pro).
Any help or suggestion is appreciated!

Have you tried a device restart?

Hi,
I do not own S9+ but on many many phones issue was that some system Sound enhancement triggers ON on external device connection (BT/Headphones) and not when using speaker.

Re: Left channel drops out
Hi thank you for replying and sorry for my late reply. It took a while for the topic to be approved so this dropped off the radar.
I have restarted the device, and I have tried all settings I can think of in the phone. This simply just happens when I use the MM player, if I use any other player on the phone this does not happen at all. And happens both when I use plugged in headphones or bluetooth.
Quite annoying.

Hi,
Do you have EQ enabled, also do you have any phone in-build Audio enhancements apps like Viper FX?

Re: Left channel drops out
*bump*
Still happening in 2020 using MMA 1.3.9.0924 on a Galaxy S8. I can hear it on any bluetooth speaker as well as wired headphones/aux speakers.

Re: Left channel drops out
March 2021 and this still exists.
1. Running current versions of the pro app.
2. It only happens with MM. Tested other player apps (Youtube Music and VLC)and they do not have this issue.
3. It appears to happen when the volume becomes low. If I lower the column control in the middle of a song, it drops out. If I shift the balance all the way left and then back I can get both sides to drop.
4. It does not seem to happen on all devices. It happens on my Motorola Power phone, but not my Samsung Tablet.
