Samsung S5 forgetting external card profile each sync

I've just got a new S5. I rooted it and applied the sdcard hack.
My problem is each time I sync it creates a new profile in MMW.

Details MMW1704, MMA254 both are gold and pro.
Samsung SM-G900F Android 4.4.2 rooted with SDCard Hack

I actually for once been able to duplicate it. Lol:)

I might have solved it.
It would seem that the device ID's (USB & WiFi) weren't registering in MM.DB

It took a few hours to get the ID's synced on a profile. Now everything seems to be working and syncing OK.

I have the same issue with new profiles every time I sync!
By the way with an Galaxy S4...
How did you manage to solve the problem?
