MM4 scanning both watch folders and server -which way to go?

I'm a bit confused which way to go with scanning my music. MM4 scans what I previously had as my watched folders and now scans my Squeezebox/Logitech server. These things contain the same exact files. Resulting in some duplicate file listings. Can I keep MM4 from scanning my Logitech Server? Is this the best way to go?

If you scan UPnP servers you can only play the files and not edit them (at least not on the server). So I'd not scan the UPnP servers if you wish to manage your music. Under File > Add/Rescan Tracks you can disable manual scanning and File Monitoring of the UPnP server.
