First place I looked the other day. :) They of course said that everything was fine and had been fine for 5 months. :D

I just noticed there was an update to this. I used the MM Tools | Extensions dialog to perform the update. After installing, it popped up an options dialog, which was OK; then I closed the Extensions dialog, and noticed there were two copies of the last.fm icon in the toolbar. Restarting MMW, that went away.
MMW 4.1.8.1751.

Why sometimes plugin stops sending scrobbled tracks? Any updates for this trouble?

Yeah, I just realized mine hasn't scrobbled since August 6th, annoying. Tried cycling through the green/yellow/red, but no dice. I guess I'll remove it and add it back and see if that helps this time.

Edit: Yep, reinstalling the Addon fixed it.

Nope, normal installation. It's still working for now.

Hi all,

I'm having some Last.FM scrobbler issues I'm hoping someone can help me with. I've been a MM user since forever and have had no MM issues with scrobbling until recently. Until about an hour ago, everytime the last song in my playlist came on, it would add a song by The Offspring, no matter what song was currently playing.

So, in trying to fix it, I uninstalled last.FM scrobber and last.FM node. I just re-installed last.FM 1.1.0.41 and now it doesn't seem to be auto-queuing any songs.

I looking in my extensions but no longer see anything for Last.FM Node. Are Node and Scrobbler related? If I just installed Scrobbler, how do I get the Node back?

Sorry for all these questions, but I've never really had an issues with MM until now. BTW, I'm using MM version 4.1.8.1751.

Thanks!

Node is a different Addon.

Ok, so Node has nothing to do with this. good. One item crossed off the list. What else should I look for?

And, just so I'm not too much of an idiot, Last.FM scrobbler will queue up similar songs from your MM library into your current playlist, correct?

Thanks!

No, this Addon only scrobbles plays to last.fm.

Hmmm, fair enough. I'm not imaging this, though, right? Maybe describing it incorrectly but it does exist, right? Basically, I queue up a song, something runs and queries last.fm and queues up a few similar tracks from what I have in my library, right? What is THAT called? that's really what I'm looking to correct.

Thanks for any pointers.

There are several Addons for last.fm, including the aforementioned Last.fm Node: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... it=last.fm

Ah, the Last.fm Node. Got it. So, I just re-installed it from the old installer and it's still giving me fits. No matter what song I play, it's queuing up the same Offspring song. I turned on logging, but it doesn't seem to be generating a log file either.

Any pointers on where to start investigating?

(thanks for helping me figure out what my problem even was, btw). :)

Thanks

Check in their threads for issues as last.fm just did a major update rendering some Addons non-functional.
