You can't change it. If the album tag of the selected songs is empty, the script use artist - title.

Hi again,

I have another issue,

I have alot of techno EP's and they like to be named "Untitled" so heres how it can look like.

At discogs:

A1. Artist - Untitled
A2. Artist - Untidled
B1. Artist - Untitled
B2. Artist - Untidled

The files:

A1. Artist - Untitled
A2. Artist - Untidled
B1. Artist - Untitled
B2. Artist - Untidled

The tagger wants to tag all the files as B2. Artist - Untitled. Is there a way around this? I thought if would use the filename to determ in what order the files are in?

This is a MediaMonkey problem. It sort the songs by the title names, not by the song number. If more than one song have the same song name, mediamonkey fail to match the songs. :(

But if you use Discogs Batch Tagger you didn't have this problem. This addon use an own match-engine, sorting the songs by the song number. If your songs have song numbers, the addon do the job right ;)

Hello

the MB tagger sometimes does not list all versions of albums. example:
23, Male, Single by 장우영 only fetches this release
http://musicbrainz.org/release/d30c0123 ... 7d7a49fe43 and not
http://musicbrainz.org/release/ce97f374 ... ddf980d948 &
http://musicbrainz.org/release/9ee9ceab ... 6d0d4e9ce9

How did you search for the releases? If i enter "장우영 - 23, Male, Single" into the upper drop-down list and choose "Release", i will get the 3 releases.

I searched only for the album. Can you make it so we can get "Album artist - Album" as an option in the dropdown menu? Currently there is no "-" between the option in the script

Got an OAuth client error....

"Error: it was not possible to open the OAuth request token URL: 0 could not connect to the host "api.discogs.com""

Tried the instructions on the previous page (no access tokens to delete anyway).....no luck...:(
