Happy tagging

Hi Armin,arminl wrote:Hi,
first of all I really like to thank you for developing this fab tool, which helped to get my digitalized files tagged, I really love this tool.
Since 5.27 I have the problem that discogs tagger runs out of memory. Maybe it´s a bug but discogs tagger runs out of memory with big files like this one: http://www.discogs.com/sell/item/222737245 It´s not possible for me to uncheck the boxes anymore and mediamonkey crashes
Thank you
Armin
You have to check one of the oprions under the album artwork. i cant remember wich one it was but it had the word "name" in it.andonevris wrote:First can I say I love this extension, I use it on all my tracks and it performs really well.
I have found a bug when it matches a track that has a release with an A side and an AA side. The Information for the A side includes the AA side info too. Here is one example
Artist Title Duration
A Digital Express - The Club (KGB Remix) (The Club (BK Remix))
AA Digital Express - The Club (BK Remix)
From the discogs site the info is stored as such
Tracklist
A The Club (KGB Remix)
Remix – KGB
AA The Club (BK Remix)
Remix – BK
I'm guessing the A in the track number is confusing it.
Also one feature which might be useful to some (it would be for me) is to be able to store the original date in the date field I'm not really interested in the date a song was put on a compilation album so would prefer all my dates to be original release dates.
Anyway, keep up the good work and thanks for a very useful extension.
TheMcShan is right, turn the option "Other Sub-Track naming" on, this will fix it.TheMcShan wrote:You have to check one of the oprions under the album artwork. i cant remember wich one it was but it had the word "name" in it.andonevris wrote:First can I say I love this extension, I use it on all my tracks and it performs really well.

There was a wrong credit entry in the release. (1,1 instead of 1.1) I just changed it on discogs. It should now work.freakazoid wrote:Using the new release of Discogs Tagger 5.28.
When auto-tagging one of my CDs that I'm ripping I get an error. The CD is Dinosaur Jr., album Farm. it is only when selecting one of the specific albums on the list, the one it happens to be, "Dinosaur Jr. - Farm [CD, Album, CD, All Media, Limited Edition] US (2009) catNo:JAG 150 / Jagjaguwar, Sterling Sound, Bisquiteen, Bisquiteen, Spam As The Bread Music, Loobiecore BMG, Jagjaguwar, Jagjaguwar, http://www.BellwetherMfg.com"
Any of the others will load just fine, and I haven't ever had an issue with any of my other CDs.
