View menu > MonkeyRok. There's also a MR icon on the standard toolbar.

Otherwise, check that the plugin is installed: menu Tools > Extensions, MonkeyRok should be in the list.

Like at least one other person in this long thread, I experience strange RAM consumption while using Rok. Using task manager, I see that memory usage jumps about 4mb per song played or skipped through, and does not go back down even if stopped. This normally isn't a problem with modern RAM sizes, but if I'm playing MM in the background for hours at a time or ADD-skipping through selections, it quickly gets unwieldy.

This behavior persists regardless of skin, fresh install, configuration, etc. Any thoughts? Did I miss a solution amidst all these replies?

I've improved the memory footprint, but not fixed it entirely. It's actually a problem with IE, rather than with MM, something to do with the garbage collection I gues. Might not be something that I can do much about, but I will investigate further.
Download my scripts at my own MediaMonkey fansite.

I understand. Thanks for the reply and for the most excellent add on!

Hi,

I have a problem with the external panels. I have 3 enabled with Top Tacks, Similar Tracks and Similar Artists respectively.

In the MonkeyRok Pane the external panels just display a loading circle spinning. I've had it open for over 20 minutes and nothing happens. It just keeps on loading... Why is this?

I've searched the forums and got no help. I tried to change to a tabbed skin and back to a normal one. It didn't help. I also hid/showed MonkeyRok.

I use the classic skin.

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Have you tried enabling the debug mode and checking the logfile for answers?

Hmm... weird that it's only me who seem to get that error. Or not everyone has external panels enabled so therefore doesn't notice it.

I appreciate you having a look at that. Sorry if I broke it. Hehe

Don't you have some other troubleshooting tips that I can try to make it easier for you to pinpoint the problem?
