So this is a puzzler. I wonder if it's related someone to file type - lossless FLAC. I have my export settings on my ipod set for 320kbps MP3 for FLAC and other incompatible files.
Can anyone suggest why some tracks might play at half speed on the ipod?
May or may not be MM related: some tracks play fine in MM and then at half speed on my ipod after exporting

Copy some of those affected files back to your PC and see if they play at normal speed in MediaMonkey.

Check the Hz of the files copied. I found when I was using JRiver that songs that were 48Hz (not the standard 44Hz) would playback SUPER slow. Changing it to 44Hz fixed the issue
