SYNCHING WITH ONKYO DP-X1

I have two issues:
1. When plugged to the PC, the onkyo does not show in Monkey Media software on the Pc. Monkey Media is also installed on the Onkyo.
2. I synched Monkey Media to the SD card and it synched fine except that it did not get the playlist information, only album and songs, but not the playslists (all of them are itunes playlists).

As you can see, i am trying to migrate from Itunes but i still cannot figure it out. The playlist info is key to enjoy my library, as i have curated and classified over 6,000 songs for years in itunes.

Which version of MediaMonkey? Are you sure the device isn't disabled under Tools > Options > Portable Device Sync and is connected in MTP mode?
