Syncing from Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo Plus

I recently moved my Media Monkey library on my PC and consequently my existing playlists are all now empty, although they still show in Media Monkey.

I have the complete playlists in my Media Monkey app but can't sync them back to my PC. I've tried manually copying and pasting the playlists and the songs to a new folder on my PC and then have Media Monkey scan this new folder and add to the library but the playlists remain empty.

Any advice?

Tried a sync from device in MMW, and not only did it not work, but it also emptied the playlists from my phone. Very p****d off now!

You moved the files outside of MediaMonkey which resulted in the loss on Playlists. Next time use MediaMonkey to move the files to avoid this.

You may be able to recover by using File > Locate Moved/Missing Files.
