How to wifi sync with win8.1 tablet

Hello, I have a new win8.1 tablet and want to syn it with the PC win8.1.
At the tablet runs MM (Metro) and at the PC MM (Desktop).
When I start the sync on the tablet it shows the message:
"No sync server found. It can be downloaded ...."

The 2 computers are in the same workground and same wifi network.

What can I Do ?

Thank you very much for your help.
It works now. The problem was the firewall of the PC. There are 4 entries for MM - only two of them was allowed to cumunicate.

The sync of the pure musik files work now, but sync of the manual playlist content does not work. I see in MM-modern only the 3 automatic playlist: All music, playes last month and Top rated.

How can I get them, too.

PS. I have selected as sync content only manual playlists.
My tablet has the real Win8.1 and not RT.
