iPhone 4 not detected!
Hello
Just installed latest version 3.2.2.on windows 7 ultimate.
However MM Does not see or detect my iphone4 or my 3 gs.
Even in the "my computer" drop down it's not there!
On the pc it's self and in iTunes the phone shows up and syncs fine.
Can anyone help with this one??

Re: iPhone 4 not detected!
I have the same problem with my iPod Touch. Looks like IOS 4 just plain isn't supported in any way, shape or form at the moment.

Could you detail how to get an IOS4 iPod to connect to MediaMonkey? The Wiki doesn't seem to apply.nohitter151 wrote:It is fully supported as of MM 3.2.2.NWolf wrote:I have the same problem with my iPod Touch. Looks like IOS 4 just plain isn't supported in any way, shape or form at the moment.

Install MM 3.2.2. Install latest iTunes and Quicktime. Connect iPod, MM will detect it and you can sync. Same as it ever was.NWolf wrote:

Re: iPhone 4 not detected!
Except that it doesn't. I have an iPod Touch with ios4 and MM simply doesn't recognize it. Like it just isn't there. My Computer sees it, my itunes sees it. MM does not.

Latest version of MM? If so, you should contact MM support at the "Support" link at the top of the page. It should work.Flighttest wrote:Except that it doesn't. Re: iPhone 4 not detected!
i thought the whole point of MM was not to need itunes.. but i guess you do need it.Install MM 3.2.2. Install latest iTunes and Quicktime. Connect iPod, MM will detect it and you can sync. Same as it ever was.
Re: iPhone 4 not detected!
in MM go to Help and then About. check that you have the latest build which is 3.2.2.1300 (or it may be written as 3.2.2. (1300)). Basically, make sure it has '1300' in the name!!
if not then download the latest version. if it is build 1300 then report back and we can do some more digging!

Re: iPhone 4 not detected!
MediaMonkey has ceased recognizing my iPod Touch. Here is what I have:
Windows 7 Ultimate (all current maintenance)
MediaMonkey 3.2.2.1300 (Gold)
iTunes 10.0.0.68
iPod Touch (second generation 16 GB) with iOS 4.0.2
Start MM, connect iPod - nothing.
connect iPod, start MM - nothing.
MM continues to recognize my Droid and my iPod Nano.
In Available Devices/Plugins, the Touch is listed (with the correct name) and the plug-in for it is d_iphone.dll. If the plug-in is supposed to be d_ipod.dll, I don't know how to change it.
MM recognized this device before I upgraded iTunes and the Touch iOS.

Re: iPhone 4 not detected!
Maybe 4.0.2 isn't compatible with MM yet? Anyone else know?

Re: iPhone 4 not detected!
Just got a new 4G iTouch (4.1)and MM doesn't see it at all.
Before you go an tell me to install 3.2.2.1300(gold) it's already installed and was working correctly with my old iTouch running 4.02.
I'm using iTunes 9.2.1.5

Re: iPhone 4 not detected!
can you sync with iTunes? maybe iOS4.1 requires iTunes 10 (particularly as 'Ping' was added in v10 and 4.1)?
