Device not showing for sync

I have been using MM Gold for a few months and love it. My computer crashed and I had to get a new one. Since then I have not been able to get my Sansa E270 to show up in the list of devices. I have Windows media player 11 loaded. I just downloaded the latest version of MM 3.05.1187. As soon as I plugged my Sansa into my old computer there would be an Icon that looked like my sansa appear on the toolbar. When I clicked on the drop-down arrow next to the device it would list my Sansa E270, but now I can't get it to recognize it.

Does anyone know what I can do to get this working correctly again?
