Just pay for the damn program, it isn't like it's expensive.

Because people who purchase legitimate copies of programmes also probably don't help knowingly spread viruses.
Those who write viruses target people like you who want to cheat the developers knowing that you will blindly download and spread their malicious codes.

As has been said, pay up, it's cheap and well worth it!

You must be a special kind of idiot. Why would you ask a question like that on MediaMonkey's forum. You can't seriously expect the developers to help you with the theft of their own product?

Can't we set up some sort of dim wit detector around here.

If you are good enough to avoid and detect Virus,Spy,Trojan, hacktool, ....

Respect the SCENE and it will respect you, anyone that is capable to crack/hack some app will in 99% buy that app or in any other case refund developers. Challenge is driving force on SCENE not kill the applications or developers especially if it was good challenge.
Simply put APP->Money->Crack->NoMoney->Virus->Anti-Virus->Money->Crack->Anti-Virus->CrackInfected->Money

That is challenge and lots of spare time. I certainly do not have it, and it is much safer.

Also I moved this to Off topic.

Evolution is what it is called in nature. It makes everything around us better and promotes development. If nobody tried to "hack" or (smoke)"crack" Windows, the inherit fault of Windows would still be there for few (but dangerous people) to exploit.

That said, you SHOULD pay for software and you should do a lot of different things. I sometime use "the unspeakable" because the 30-day limit is sometimes not enough to know if you want to spend your money on "unknown" SW and sometimes I don't nearly use SW enough to even consider paying for it. I know it's wrong, but I can do my best to pay for stuff that is good.....

Almost everybody here has at least one program they have "borrowed". Doesn't make it "right'er" or "wrong'er" but.........

asking for a illegal registration code of media monkey should not be done anyplace.. because it is wrong.

Peke: I know I know..........but it's not good NOT to acknowledge the fact that a lot of people use,eh "gratis" sw,for one reason or another.

(I don't want to stir up a lot of bad feelings here, but I find the topic very very interesting. Especially when you look at the current DRM debate. (copying/downloading an mp3 is basically the same as using a keymaker to install MM/Office/whatever. It's stolen code....period)

You should pay for sw!

But you should also separate the different kind of "pirate":

A) I steal to sell (Worst)
B) I purchase pirated sw (Second worst. You support criminals and show intent to pay for what you use)
C) I don't EVER want to pay for sw (Jerk)
D) I pay for most, but regularly use pirated sw for free (Not a good thing)
E) I pay for what I can, but don't see the need to pay for sw I use once og twice. I should, but I can't....

You should pay for sw!

Regarding DRM-free mp3's...... Will I copy or download music for "free"? Most probably. Would I have bought THIS or listened to this music if I had to pay? No, but I would/will purchase music I like, like I always have.

So, I will have MORE music on my pc than I would in my CD-rack, but only because I find it interesting listening music I would NEVER purchase. So me downloading music for free, won't hurt the artist because I would never have bought his/her music anyway. The problem for the music industry is not me, but the people who show NO intent in purchasing music at all.

Most of the sw I have used a "regcode" or "crack" to use, I have uninstalled after a short time. When I use something I like and use every day, things start to change.

You going to punch me out now? :o

You are thinking right, I personally spent several thousands of $ over the years on apps that I use, but for most of them I never decided to buy in trial period and will never bought them if I left testing on trial/sw features.
