Sort Chronlogically??

Post by adamlewis723 »

Hello,

I was wondering if I can go into my ARTIST list and instead of viewing the album tree in alphabetical order, I would like to view the albums in chronological order from the tag info. Is this possible?

Thanks,
adam

Not with the normal artist node in MediaMonkey. But you can create your own artist node with MagicNodes and hide the normal artist node with TweakMonkey. Both are scripts and can be found in the scripts forum.

Just check out the scripts forum. That's where most of the fun stuff is.

this is pretty cool, in case you have many albums without albumart and don't like the empty background:

This may not be what you want.

Go to artist, and click on an artist. That will bring up all that artist's songs, right?

Then click on the date at the top of the list (titled year) and that will sort the tracks chronological or reverse chronological.
