I purchased a lifetime gold license on 24 Nov 2011 and have all the paperwork. After an update my version reverted to "Standard Edition - Unlicensed. I have followed all the information I could find and copied and pasted both the username and License Key but to no avail - the system completely rejects my information. Element 5 wants me to login to my account, I do not have one and cannot find any way to contact them other than through logging into an account. I am stuck in limbo, can someone please help
Please delete this post, after all the advice about copying and pasting I tried it the old-fashioned way, manually typing in the detail and yes, it works! Sometimes Old Fashioned is good!

yeah ... the support link is off the primary pages for some reason since the last update. You can go to www.mediamonkey.com and it will be on the menu there
