[SOLVED] App volume control

Post by banquo »

Last spring’s major Windows 10 update enabled the ability to set the volume for apps individually. I’d love to see this capability added to MM. I always have turn my PC’s master volume up when using it and turn it down afterward because it’s lower than my other apps.

Hi,
I do not see the problem at all. MMW volume can be controlled separately from windows Master Volume.

Ah. I went to Settings>Sound>App volume and device preferences and MM wasn’t in the list. I’m reading Windows 10 The Missing Manual and it says the capability to adjust levels individually by app was added recently and not all apps use it yet. I didn’t realize it only shows apps currently running -- MM appears there if I run it. Thanks for setting me straight.
