I am sorting by ascending bitrate within album, within, title within artist so I get the highest quality version of the file of all my duplicates of the files with an artist attributed.
Is there anyone that can give me a script that will search down the playlist and when it finds a file with an artist, title, album and multiple files and remove all but the last one from the library.
I can set the delete to only remove from library and not ask for confirmation. I would like some documentation as to how to run a script too.
Can anyone help?
