generate correct Artist from pathname/filename

Post by jloyzaga » Wed Jan 04, 2017 12:58 am

Artist name from filename has numerical and bracket - like 020) Bread - how to remove this by using the options in the dropdown in the Auto-tag from filename?
Is there a tutorial showing the way to code the selctions?

Joe

for instance I want to use this path D:\Music\Top 100 Hits of the 80s\060) Herbie Hancock - Rockit [November 1983].mp3
to give me artist: Herbie Hancock
Title: Rockit [November 1983]
Album: Top 100 Hits of the 80s

That requires a different Mask: <Artist> - <Skip> - <Album>\<Title>
