How to stop MM from trying to play missing files?

Post by NWDreamer »

I made a copy of all my MM files and music to a new external hard drive then connected it to a spare laptop for testing. Unfortunately, I forgot to remap the files to match the new drive letter and made the mistake of double-clicking on the first file (which was in the Entire Library collection which is VERY large). Since that song was missing it then tried to play the next and so on. It's been going through each track for about three hours and, other than killing the app, I can't figure out how to get it to stop. Any ideas?

Wow, didn't think of that.

I did think to make sure that repeat was off and it eventually went through all the tracks and stopped. Although I do think the stop button should have stopped it.
