Multi-disc ripping problems

Post by mjmahelsky »

Hi,
I've been trying to rip some of my classical multi-disc albums and have run into a problem. After ripping each separate disc, MM merges all 3 discs (for example) into one large file (MP3). And, the order is wrong: for example, track 1 (from disc 1) is followed by track 1 (from disc 2) and is followed by track 1 (from disc 3), then on to track 2 in the same way, etc. This creates a problems when listening to the album, since it won't play the album in correct order (i.e., all of disc 1 before disc 2 and then finally disc 3).

How can I fix this problem?
Thanks.

Enter the correct values in the Disc# field and sort (on Album) will be correct.

Not sure what you mean? Where do I do this? (I'm new to MM and not too familiar with the program.)
Thanks

In Properties or in the Filelisting (you may need to enable the Disc# column).
