I am recovering from the hard drive that had MM and most of my music on it completely dying. I've reinstalled MM and restored it's database and ran the script to add the serial number of the replacement drive . I had backups of most of my music but not organized like I had it in MM so I can't just copy it over.
Is there a way to create a NODE or playlist that just shows me songs that MM has marked as missing? I want to make sure to keep all my stats so renaming and putting the files back is working, but its hard to tell which are needed by just using the "greyed out listing"
The locate/missing feature is working pretty well for me, but only if I choose small groups so I can uncheck the files that it's incorrectly identifying.
Thanks...

Yes, use an autoplaylist. I can't remember the exact criteria but something like "Status" is inaccessible under the advanced tab.

Thanks. That's exactly what I was looking for but, the playlist comes up as empty, even if I try to play songs I know are missing and they grey out. How do I get media monkey to refresh that tag?

There's
Entire Library > Files to Edit > Dead Links
Does that do what you want?

Note that the Dead Links node will only show missing files from accessible hard drives. It won't list files from hard drives that aren't accessible. The criteria Inaccessible Files available in AutoPlaylists/Advanced Search will include files from inaccessible hard drives.

Good to know that. I used the script that moves the library to a new drive to mod my database and and my total song count looks right. Thanks
