Profile not working.

I have the laptop with MM loaded on two profiles. But today when I click on my office profile and try and use MM it freezes and the Monkey just sits on the desktop looking at me. I have to ctrl-alt-delete to get out of it. Any ideas?

How long did the ape stare at you?
Maybe it only needs some more time because of an unmapped Network drive or something else.

for me, sometimes it also takes longer to load MM, (but i'm not working with any profiles), but when i try again it usually works.
