Able to tweak 'Now Playing' highlighted track colour?

Hi

Is there any way to tweak the 'Now Playing' highlighted track colour or font size\colour. (I know the backgrounds can be changed in the Options-Skins; using the Eclipse Slim skin)

No, it can't even be changed by skinning.
