Sorry if it's a dumb question but i just couldn't find any option to clear the searches, kind of an annoying issue.

It's not as easy as you'd think it would be. To remove the search history you have to edit MediaMonkey.ini ( http://www.mediamonkey.com/support/inde ... -ini-files )

UPDATE (SOLUTION)
: Close MediaMonkey. Edit the MediaMonkey.ini. Remove the entries under [Simple Search}. Restart MediaMonkey and the search history will be gone! Note: MM only saves the search if you press ENTER while searching. So, to avoid searches from being saved, avoid pressing ENTER. The search will still work without pressing ENTER. Cheers!
