now playing. find track now playing?

When I have a lot of files in my now playing queue and a randomize it I can never locate the track that's playing (even though it's highlighted it takes a while) .. is there a script or way that will send me straight to the track now playing?

Now Playing Art Node by MoDementia is one that jumps to mind. If you do a search in the Scripts forum there may be more.
