ID3 Search and Replace

I buy music from 7digital.com and their ID3 tags often include lots of extraneous information, e.g. on a Doors "Best of":

Break On Through (To The Other Side) [New Stereo Mix] (Advanced Resolution)

All tracks on that album have "[New Stereo Mix] (Advanced Resolution)" at the end which I would like to get rid of. I've looked at scripts that help with tags but can't find any that seem to do a search and replace.

Any suggestions?
