Lost my podcast?

I started up MM3 today and none of my 15 or so podcasts (with months of previous podcasts) are listed; it's blank. Is there a way to retrieve them?

The day before I had opened up Itunes to convert an M4a podcast to an MP3 so I can listen to it on my Sansa but I wouldn't think that would have damaged MM. The only other thing that I can think of that I did was to rescan directorys where I had the new MP3s.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
