Are you using MediaMonkey on the phone? If so, it's not seeing Synced Ratings?

If not, you're relying on either the app or Android Media Scanner for reading the tags. The Ratings may (should) be there, but whatever you're using is unable to read them.

Also MediaMonkey 4 is no longer being developed, so no bug fixes when things stop working.

Does the issue persist when you go through Music > Location instead of Folders?

It sounds like you set it to show YouTube instead of My Library in the Info Panel. Switching back to My Library should fix the issue.

Make sure you update to MediaMonkey 5.0.5 which has an Artwork lookup fix.

Did you associate it with all files on the Album? Were the files previously Synced to the phone? Which Build (Help > About) of MediaMonkey are you seeing this with?

Just click the Track# column header to sort on Track#.

Remove the F: [Media Monkey] files (check Added first, it should be newer than [Media Monkey] files), then re-assign drive on the [Media Monkey] files.

You do have the Lyrics panel, and Lyrics can be shown in Preview.

There is no user customizable setting for this. It's up to the Skin as to what colors are used.

The easiest is to use the exact same Paths (drive letter excluded), so you just re-assign drive. If you can't, please capture the failure of Locate Moved/Missing Files to match those couple files in a debug log (step 4b) and attach the log to a Support Ticket: https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewt...

That should work. Note that another update is planned regarding Artwork due to a memory leak. Restart MediaMonkey if you encounter this.
