Use MM to monitor the folder that you download Limewire files to. Alternatively, periodically scan that folder manually.

If you turn on "Create playlists of tracks newly added to the library"
You'll have a convenient playlist of your new tracks.

Does anything else talk to the ipod?

Does the ipod support the format you are trying to send it?

Are the tracks actually available to send to the ipod? (ie still where MediaMonkey thinks they should be?)
