Re: Episodes not sorting

Here you go. This is what it looks like sorted by Series: https://www.dropbox.com/s/cq05cuosmk89rii/1.png And then sorted by Series/Episode: https://www.dropbox.com/s/xb7lnc64me93yv6/4.png?dl=0 Here's the File Properties for Episodes 1 and 2. Identical as far as I can tell: https://www.dropbox.com/s...

Re: Episodes not sorting

Director and producer are both empty. All episodes are tagged as season 2.

Episodes not sorting

Hi, gang. I've got one set of episodes that refuses to sort properly. Although all of the file properties are identical -- other than Title and Episode # -- sorting by Series keeps bringing up Episode 2 before Episode 1. If I sort by Series and then by Episode #, they sort correctly. If I sort by Se...

Re: Changing file type deletes file

The files are lost. They are not in the original location, they are not in the expected destination folder, and a full search of my C drive fails to find them using the expected filename.

Again, this does not usually happen, but I make enough edits to the database that it happens frequently.

Re: Changing file type deletes file

Upon further analysis of my missing files, it looks like the problem may be coming from the simple act of MMW moving a file -- whether that's because the filename changed, or the path, or anything else -- rather than just from changing the file type. This makes it a little less bizarre, I suppose, b...

Changing file type deletes file

I'm running into a sporadic problem where MMW appears to be deleting files when I change the file type. It retains the entry in the database and changes which node the entry appears in, but the file is deleted from the computer. So when I import a new episode of the Walking Dead, it's automatically ...

Re: Play history still syncing to UTC

Hm. MMW told me I was up-to-date.

Anyway, it worked like a charm. Thanks for the help.

Play history still syncing to UTC

Hi there. I saw that a lot of people were having trouble with MMA syncing play histories to UTC instead of their local time. It sounds like the problem was supposed to have been fixed in a previous MMA update, but I'm still having the problem. Was it supposed to be resolved automatically, or do I st...

iDateAdded error

I keep getting an error ("Invalid procedure call or argument: 'Chr'") after letting iDate run for quite some time. I've already seen some discussion of the problem elsewhere in the forum (http://forum.mediamonkey.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=24445&start=30#p191984), but the suggested fix of editing C:\Pr...

Not prompting to import iTunes db

MM isn't prompting me to add data from my iTunes database when I add files to the library. It had previously given me the prompt, but it didn't work. The files never came through, and MM just said it was importing from iTunes for more than 48 hours. I've since gotten the files added to MM, but now I...

Problem importing data from iTunes

Hi there. I'm moving back from a Mac to a PC, but my media library has gotten larger than iTunes can handle. At a little under 50K tracks, it seems like it should be easily within MM's capabilities, but I'm running into problems getting the playcounts and ratings imported. I migrated my library from...
