Re: Lyrics and Comment Viewer 2.2 (2011-04-24) [MM3+4]

I've experienced this in my home computer, but I didn't associate it with LV at first. I'll made some tests when I get home. But I doubt it's something related DIRECTLY to LV. IMO, it's probably something related to IE embedding. A possible test is uninstalling LV and installing MonkeyRok. Then chec...

Re: <'Field':n> not a bug, a feature!

Siggiminator, it looks like you're using the wrong feature for your needs! What you really want is $left(string,n) function. It will do exactly what you're expecting. No need for trim() , as Lowlander suggested. I know this, because I also ran into this same error. The wiki helped me ;) So, using yo...

Re: Lyrics and Comment Viewer 2.2 (2011-04-24) [MM3+4]

Of course, all this can just be caused by MM (a 32bit application) not being able to embed IE 64bit, but I'm not sure about this.

Re: [MM4] Mellon Skin V 1.0.0.0 (13.07.2011) + versions

I still think the Lyrics Viewer title fonts are too large, but I can live with it. :) You can tweak it to your taste. Just edit this file: C:\Users\%YOURUSERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\MediaMonkey\Scripts\LyricsViewer\themesMellon\style.css In the lower part of the file, there are some lines beginning wi...

Re: Lyrics and Comment Viewer 2.2 (2011-04-24) [MM3+4]

Thanks for all your help GeGe Same except Ie may be 64 bit and patched to 9.01 Uninstalled ie9 which reverted to 8 and problem resolved. If you want to investigate further, you could try to install IE9 32bit. I've read somewhere IE 64bit is not that good in terms of stability and speed. And even on...

Re: Lyrics and Comment Viewer 2.2 (2011-04-24) [MM3+4]

I have systematically eliminated every IE dependent script from MM because of these issues, including MonkeyRok (which I liked). I am running pretty much vanilla MM now, but for some strange reason MM has no way to easily view lyrics, except for your script, which is good when IE cooperates with it...

Re: Lyrics and Comment Viewer 2.2 (2011-04-24) [MM3+4]

Your script has served me well but now it is broken on my system no doubt due to M$ updating or patching some part of IE that your scrupt depends on. The script itself runs fine, but attempting to resize the MM window with LandC Viewer 2.0 -2.2 causes an immediate MM crash. I am using MM3 1301 with...

Reproduced, but I couldn't find the reason.
XML file is correctly retrieved when opened in a web browser.
I'll investigate further.

Re: Lyrics and Comment Viewer 2.2 (2011-04-24) [MM3+4]

I have one suggestion for a useful option: auto-hide lyrics panel when active file contains no lyrics. It would be great for people like me who don't want to scout for lyrics while listening to music, so there's no need to waste screen space just for a "search google" link. Humm, seems interesting,...

1392: Magenta rectangle in titlebar [#7967]

A strange magenta rectangle appears in titlebar when main menu is configured to auto-collapse AND ( there's multiple tabs open OR 'always show the tab bar' is ON ). Steps to reproduce: 1) Go to 'View' menu and make sure the 'Main Menu bar' is turned off. 2) Go to 'Tools > Options > Library > Appeara...
