@chrisu:

the newer versions of MM create a DB in "My files\my music\MM".

You have to delete this DB.

Only after that does the specified path in the "ini" work.
Otherwise MM open the DB in "My files\my music\MM".

Select/move/copy several folders on the HDD with MM?

Hi! I wonder if it's only possible to select only 1 folder at a time in the "location node". What about the case that i want to move several folders with MM on the HDD to another location to reorganise my music? do i have to do it one by one? Or how can i do it otherwise? I think the best solution w...

Thanks for your answers!

@jiri:
which next version do you exactly mean? The actual one 2.3.1.818 with the feature:
"Auto-Synchronise tracks from the device to PC" ?

Or do you mean a still newer one to come in the future?

Search fields OR filename/-path, typing the value only once?

Hi! It's very often the case in big collections that you have some of the songs tagged, others not. Rescan files from a playlist only?

The reason for such a feature is maintaining a big collection of music up-to-date quickly without having to rescan the whole dat...

Hi!

Yes, i also think management of databases is more than necessary.

And additionally the best thing would be to be able to search databases that are not oben in MediaMonkey.

check-out&check-in/keep in sync of files for mobile user

Hi! DJs and other professionals are very much in need of a feature hardly or not at all available alsewhere. Imagine having a master collections of music of - lets say - 500 GBs of files on a server spread over 5 HDs in many different folders(Full-CD-Folders with corresponding names) and working ser...
