Import / Add Playlists (M3U) with Files Not in Database?
I'd like to import about 45 M3U playlists into the database whose entries do not correspond to files in my current database. I can't find a way to do this with any of the native MM functions, and I can't find a plugin that does exactly this thing. (http://www.mediamonkey.com/addons/browse/item/impor...

Re: MM slow to restore from taskbar tray.
Sorry — I'm on Windows 10 with MM4.1.19.1859. I did try a Complete Optimization, to no effect. I ended up just installing and starting from scratch. I kept my database, but reinstalled scripts, extensions, etc. I didn't bring over my settings, which may have been what caused the Restore delay, and i...

MM slow to restore from taskbar tray.
Issue: MM starts up and opens fine and seems to play fine. I have it set to minimize to tray. After it is minimized, it lags while opening after double-clicking (or right-click > Restore) on the icon. This started today. Restore still lags after several reboots. It Restores fine from the tray with a...

Re: HTML table debris at end of Auto-Tag from Web function.
Yes, this is exactly it. Thanks @Meander
Otherwise, I've auto-tagged lyrics for more albums since the post and they all seem to be working fine. One bug down, one new bug to go.

Re: HTML table debris at end of Auto-Tag from Web function.
I just noticed that when I am viewing the Properties for a file, the Comments and Lyrics fields are both pure white. This is new behavior since the update. Any thoughts, or should I start a new thread for that?

Re: HTML table debris at end of Auto-Tag from Web function.
Strange, when I check for updates, the message states I'm on the latest version. However, checking the Download page, I see this isn't the case. I obviously haven't been great about versioning, but I know it's been happening for awhile. It may have started last summer...maybe. Anyway, I updated MM a...

HTML table debris at end of Auto-Tag from Web function.
When using the Auto-Tag from Web function, the results for each song end with HTML table code (see below). <table cellspacing="3px" class="song-credit-box"><tr><td style="background:#FFE39C; white-space:nowrap; vertical-align:top"> Written by: <Artist Name is inserted here.> </tr><tr><td colspan="2"...

Re: Upgrading from MP3 to FLAC - can usage data be preserved
Hi,
Not sure why my previous replies weren't posted. Thank you both for your responses. This did exactly what I'm looking to do.
Yes, I'm re-ripping my library from CD after a disk failure where I lost most of my higher quality music.
Thanks again!

Re: Upgrading from MP3 to FLAC - can usage data be preserved
Yes, it's a fresh rip from CD. I'm familiar with basic audio quality concepts. ;) Good practice to ask, though. My hard drive died awhile back and I only had 256K copies of the discs I had ripped. I was too frustrated to re-rip, then life happened, etc. Thank you both for your responses. This would ...

[SOLVED] Upg from MP3 to FLAC - can usage data be preserved?
Hi all,
I'm upgrading my library from MP3 to FLAC. I'd like to preserve usage data like playlists, number of times played, etc. Is there a way to do this?
Thanks!
