Stops playback when it is active on screen application & phone goes to lock screen

Can I prevent mm from going to lock screen if mm is the active application?

When I am playing an album and return to mm and select album it return to the top of the list. So I keep seeing the same albums every time I start browsing.

Please let me return to the last spot in the album list & continue scrolling from there.

No issue with updating files (flac, wma, m4a, etc) if I edit a tag (e.g. composer, cover art, etc.) Further analysis - if a manually select all the tracks in an album and then select select Analyze Volume, the files are updated.
