Re: 1127 MediaMonkey taking regular keys as Ctrl+Key [#5470]

Happened to me once too. I was trying to edit something in properties. I pressed "p" and the track started playing instead of typing in the field I was trying to edit.

Re: MediaMonkey reports error and crashes when look up album art

I don"t think I was being rude. A bit sarcastic, maybe. Trying to use a little humor, maybe. As lowlander pointed out in his post, the problems encountered in MM could be the result of any number of things. The problems could be related to the version of MM you're using or any number of scripts...

Re: MediaMonkey reports error and crashes when look up album art

So if I have it straight it's more reliable to post a problem to the beta forum where I have to hope the problem I'm having is seen by and is responded to by someone else and then seen by a moderator and entered into the bug tracker? Never mind the fact I might not be using the right terminology to ...

Re: MediaMonkey reports error and crashes when look up album art

I also have had a problem when I've auto-tagged from web. I believe it happened when I used the Yahoo tagger. I have tried to avoid using it since then so I'm not sure if the problem has been fixed with the more current builds. I will have to try using it again. Perhaps reinstalling the script might...

Re: HP DV7 remote compatability with MM

Well I have finally sat down and tried my little remote out to see if it can control MM. To my amazement it controls MM perfectly with zero changes to either the remote or MM. Not sure why yours isn't working but I'm ecstatic over my future laziness. I owe you a beer for reminding I even had the rem...

Re: HP DV7 remote compatability with MM

I had forgotten all about the remote in my HP HDX 16. This sounds like something that could come in handy. Time to play around with things and see what I can figure out.

Re: MM Pauses When Tagging (Sometimes)

When I have experienced pauses along with other issues while tagging, my problems have been related to the MAD v2 input plugin. Using another input plugin or a previous version of the MAD plugin solved my problems. As Lowlander stated changing the output plugin has helped others with their problem a...

Re: Realplayer support / .ram files / bbc radio ?

Thanks for the tip on Real Alternative. I have recently purchased a new laptop and really didn't want to install the regular bloated Realplayer.

Re: Safe mode (no plugins/scripts mode)

I like that idea. The resent betas, while making MM a better product, have been giving me and others compatibility problems with scripts and plugins. To have the option to be able to start MM in it's basic form could be quite helpful.
