I hear no sound from speakers on MM, Ok on other players. Player is moving with soundbars Ok. MM is updated. It was working fine till a month ago?

My MM stopped sound , any file. My desktop works fine and sound is fine with other players, mute is off. How do I trouble shoot?

Where are the data files of MM located? How do I copy the mp3 files to take with me and play on other portable players or send to friends?
