I've managed a work around but sadly still not in the volume bar, that's the one I really want
But I'm a persistent B*st**d, I won't give up.

Text Align In .ini Files
In the skins ini (player etc.) files can you TextAlign to the right, and if so what is the command? I've tried 0 (off?), 1 (on?) and -1 (?) but I'm seeing absolutely no difference. I'm using TextMask=%I / %H and if I can align it to the right it will stop it "bouncing" as the timer increas...

Built-in VU Meter. Horizontal?
Is it possible to have the built-in VU Meter running horizontally? I can move it about to my hearts content but have not yet found which setting to change, or to what, yet in the settings.ini file. TIA Elmer. (I'm building a skin based on the Zenith radios of yesteryear, horizontal would fit in v. v...

Library by Title. Ignore Parenthesis
When viewing my library as a whole by "Title", (Are You Ready) Do The Bus Stop, (Don't Sit Down), (If You Love Someone) Set Them Free, etc. etc. are listed under "(", when I'd like them to be listed under "A", "D" and "I" respectively. Although under...

Re: Dotted lines in tree library
Thanks a lot for your help nohitter.
"That skin is quite old, it was probably first created before the Settings.ini file was used at all".
Beginning to think that! Just trying to "upgrade it" a bit to my own tastes /MM4, in case I go up to MM4 from MM3.

Re: Dotted lines in tree library
Thanks nohitter.
I was reading it as a "user controlled feature" of MM3!!
As I'm currently "playing" with WMP11 skin, am I right in thinking that I'd add a settings.ini file into the skin pack, or is it some editing to be done of the theme.mskn file?
Regards Elmer

MM3 Icons for WMP11 Skin
Bit of a work in progress. Attempting to change all the MM3 icons to fit in better with "Windows" WMP11 skin. http://i833.photobucket.com/albums/zz253/Elmer_BeFuddled/Forum%20Pinned/MediaMonkeyIcons1.png So far I've changed all the icons that I can personally see, some will need updating, ...

Re: Library has doubled everything
MediaMonkey doesn't use drive letter, but uses driveID. So when you move music to a new hard drive (even with the same drive letter) it will be a different location for MediaMonkey and thus on scan it will enter them as duplicates in the library.
