Thanks - I'll keep an eye on it to see if future installs change any settings. Might just have been some kind of fluke.

"Default double-click action" changed without me changing it
I installed the latest update to MMW 4, and I double-clicked on an item to play it. It brought up the properties window instead. I checked settings, and the default double-click action setting had changed to showing the properties window. Yet I never changed this setting. Any idea why an update woul...

Re: How to disable Android startup background folder scanning task?
So, for awhile now, it appears that MMA is using it's own scanner (it's asking if I want to scan now or postpone).
Is it true that I'm seeing MMA's own scan task? And if so, how do I make it manual only, and stop it asking if I want it to run on phone start?

How to disable Android startup background folder scanning task?
Hi all... I see variants of this here, but what I want is for MediaMonkey for Android to NOT scan media folders when my phone starts up. It seems to do it every time, and takes a long time to complete. Is there any way to ONLY scan manually, NOT automatically, NOT at phone startup, NOT at MM startup...

Ok - I'll do it (with a screen capture of what I'm seeing) sometime this weekend. Thanks!

Re: Goes to next song if click on progress bar near end??
All of those settings are disabled; no crossfade, not removing silence. But it still happens.
Any suggestions?

Goes to next song if click on progress bar near end??
Hi all... If I'm playing a song, and it is within a certain amount of time of the end of the song, if I click further back on the progress bar, it goes to the next song. This only happens with there are only a few seconds left of the song. If it's more than that before the end of the song, it behave...

Wiki not up-to-date with current app...
I wanted a rundown of navigating the app, as I haven't used it much.
I noticed that the Wiki has icons that aren't used anymore. Is there any plan to update it with current icons and behavior?

Re: Can't remove anything from "Now Playing"
Which version of MediaMonkey? Although I don't have it set to ask and it only deletes from Now Playing it works fine here. If the files have no tags they may not match the Criteria of the Collection you're viewing. Try using Entire Library (enable under File > Manage Collections) instead as it show...

Can't remove anything from "Now Playing"
I have MediaMonkey open, and I select everything in "Now Playing", and hit "Delete". It asks if I'm sure I want to delete them. I have "Delete from Now Playing and the Library Only" selection. I say "Yes". Nothing happens. Any idea why that might be the case? Shouldn't deleting items from Now Playin...

Well thanks for explaining - for some reason I thought it was relatively infallible - educated I am!Lowlander wrote:Likely as it can mismatch (which is why the user can select which matches to make and which not).
