Agreed this sucks. I also bought a cool Djay program and was hoping I could store everything in my cards /Music root folder, so MM and any other program could access...

Wondering using syncing, if I add lyrics in MM on my Android tablet, if the lyrics will be synced up to my PC so they show up on my desktop PC. Or if sync is only a one way PC > Tablet.

So was this something we had to do special to get it to work? Say right now I'm in Music > Genre > Trance. I want to select all, right-click Send to > Folder (Copy) > N:...and have the folder structure stay the same on N: But right now all files just end up in the N: root folder. Any suggestions?

I think Lowlander is right. To expand on what he means. Your album should have the "Artist" tagged with the artist names, and Album Artist to something like "Various", which is what I do.

Any other solution than changing resolution? There seemed to be a bug in the playlist in the mini-player and mine scaled right off the screen. Is it possible to script setting the playlist at 100,100 or something?

I think efficiency/stability would end up being an issue. For me, I can drag 150,000 songs from library into Now Playing and it takes a few seconds. My experience with the Zune software was that libraries over 20,000+ or so the app became an unstable mess. Now Windows 8 apps might be a bit better, b...

This wouldn't be doable with a Metro app as it's in a sandbox. So any library that is shared would have to be up on a cloud somewhere so both the Metro app and the desktop app can talk to the same library.

Asian characters haven't shown for me for a few versions. The latest one today didn't fix either.

Screenshot below. Shows Russian showing up, but Chinese not showing up. They are just squares. Is there a setting or something I need to change?

I don't want to hijack a thread, but is this bug also the reason why UTF characters don't show up in MM anymore in 4.x?

Songs with characters in my library now look like this...just garbage.
