Re: Playlist Import from MM4 -> MM5 Not Working
Paths on the Playlists are relative, thus where the Playlists are stored matters. Based on the information the Playlists should be in the root M drive for scanning.

Re: MM4 Not All Tracks Syncing?
It often turns out to be other files like Classical Music (which may show in Music in MMW, but is separate in MMA), or things like Audiobooks, Podcasts, videos, ect. not selected to be Synced.

Re: MMW5.04.2690 Crashes
A) The current beta build is 3021: https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewt ... 86639&sd=d, so you want to try this newer beta.
B) If crashing continues do capture this in a debug log (step 4b) and attach the log to a Support Ticket: https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=86643

Re: Add one file to Library
Folders in the Folders node have add/rescan, files need to be Drag & Dropped onto a root Collection node (like Music or Entire Library) in the Media Tree.

Re: Retain Folder Structure after sync
You have things like <Path>, <Folder> and <Filename> to work with, or use the same Mask you use to organize files on the PC if you use MediaMonkey for that.

Re: Moving Library to Synology NAS
You can only stream media files from a Media Server, there is no editing of files whatsoever.

Re: Add one file to Library
Scan will scan what you have selected to scan. So always make sure you only have folders selected you want included.

Re: Moving Library to Synology NAS
As NAS connections are much slower than internal drive I don't recommended it, it's also not really designed for two instances accessing the database at the same time, but it can be done: https://www.mediamonkey.com/support/knowledge-base/mediamonkey-install-config/mediamonkey-in-a-shared-networked-...

Re: Add one file to Library
Scanning shouldn't duplicate anything.
D&D on a Collection root node in the Media Tree (not in Options) should also work to add the dropped file(s) to the MediaMonkey Library.
