It may have been cached incorrectly once, and this now continues to be an issue. You could attempt to delete the image cache folders in the MediaMonkey Temp folder (set in Tools > Options > General).

You have Auto-Tag from Filename and Auto-Organize Files to automate things, depending on the actual setup, they may work for you.

You can use Text Size and DPI Settings in Windows (but they're global) and some Skins have options for increased text size.
