Did you check the AudioBooks Collection instead of the Music Collection in MediaMonkey?
Try the Entire Library > Location node (enable under File > Manage Collections) and see if the files are really not in the MediaMonkey Library.

Wine is the common way to run Windows programs. MediaMonkey 5 is expected to at some point run natively on Linux (MAC OS support is planned before this though).

On the Properties > Artwork tab you can associate with any existing image files, thus keeping any organization you already have. And Sync doesn't indicate that it failed to Sync any files? Also have you checked in a File Browser if the files are actually missing from the card or are just not showing in MMA?

The Play Now Action setting controls what is added on double click under Tools > Options > Playback Rules. It is set per Type.

Make sure all files have the same Album Artist value in MediaMonkey so MediaMonkey sees it as a single Album. Then Sync should work.

I get that message too, but it doesn't break the Sync here. It continues Syncing normally.

Can Folders in MMA see the SD card, it may be an App permissions issue where MMA doesn't have permissions to access the SD card.

Which version of MMA and MMW and does USB Sync to the SD from MMW card in the phone fail (Sync from MMA always uses wifi)? What error is shown when Sync fails?

Check that you have loaded more than the 1 file in the Now Playing in MMA. If that's the case go to the Now Playing screen, tap on the Artwork and make sure Repeat 1 is not enabled.
