Did Sync report files weren't Synced? Did you do a wi-fi or USB Sync, which Build (Help > About) of MMW are you using for Sync?

Note that Music in MediaMonkey may contain both Music and Classical Music files. In MMA the Classical Music files would in the Classical Music section separate from the other sections. This may be the discrepancy. Otherwise you'll unfortunately need to find missing files in MMA to be able to come to...

Debug logs (step 4b) will be important to resolve this. 3019 is a significant update regarding memory management, so debug logs for crashes are really valued.

Maybe not all files are selected to be Synced (like Podcasts, video files, Classical Music) or you have Dead Links.

If you're trying to change the Folder Name you'd need to use Auto-Organize Files instead.

Did you close MediaMonkey properly or did it crash prior to this?

You'd use UPnP in MMA to be able to stream (while on the home network). You can either direct stream from the DLNA Server on the NAS (if enabled) or stream from the Media Server in MediaMonkey (requires the files from the NAS to be scanned from the file server on the NAS).

If you disable the Auto-conversion rules in the Device Profile there won't be any happening.

You're correct that MediaMonkey can't tag read-only files. If File Explorer shows read-only for your files, you'll need to fix this in File Explorer. You may want to do an online search to troubleshoot this.

Please provide the problematic jpg to Support.

It may have been cached incorrectly once, and this now continues to be an issue. You could attempt to delete the Thumbs folders where this image is cached.
