Re: Missing Artwork For Single Releases

Do your singles have Album and Album Artist values, or did you leave them blank?

Re: Retain Folder Structure after sync

Depending on the Android version you can set how files are Synced by MediaMonkey using Masks.

Re: Menu opens on wrong screen.

Please capture this in a debug log (step 4b) and attach the log to a Support Ticket: https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=86643

This will help a developer analyze why this happens on your setup.

Re: Sony NW-A55 Playlists Vanished

Can you check the storage itself and see if the Playlists are really not there? Or perhaps they are, but empty/not being read by the device.

Re: Deleting Duplicate Songs

You can leave them on the computer, but make sure you don't scan the downloads folder again, as then all the duplicates would be back in MediaMonkey.

Re: [3018] Runaway CPU

Check your settings for Party Mode, you may have disabled this option (so guests don't make mess of things during a party).

Re: Deleting Duplicate Songs

It doesn't matter for MediaMonkey, but presumably you'd want to keep the copy in the music folder and delete the copy in the downloads folder.

Re: Sandisk ClipSport+ playing a different song/file inside a Playlist made with MM5

You set in the Device Profile how files are Synced.

However it sounds like you may not have the Track# tag set in the files, thus they end up being 00 in the filename.
