Re: 4.1.7 MM install error message on Windows 8.1
Thanks for the idea. I had MM 4.1.1736 install previously with no problem. Since trying the newest version of MM, my desktop icon disappeared after the "rollback" but the program is still installed and comes up fine. Created another shortcut so MM is back to working as it was prior to the attempt to...

In fact, I had not but since your reply, restarted PC, deleted original download. Re-downloaded. Same thing unfortunately. But thanks for the idea. If you have any others, throw 'em my way!

Does MM Gold apply to MMA?
I have been a MM Gold member for several years. Is the Android version of MM Pro covered under the same license or do I have to pay for an additional/new license?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: MM 4 puking when trying to configure synch
Ok, here's my update. So far, synch appears to work fine with my Sansa Fuze. HOWEVER, MM will not synch my playlists on my usb stick. I can send each playlist to my usb stick one at a time and they will go. So best I can tell, synch does not apply to playlists on usb drives AND you can not select mu...

Re: MM 4 puking when trying to configure synch
Thanks for the link. I was in the middle of creating a log file when I got your email. Interestingly enough, I DL the debug version of MM to create the log and MM came up with splash screens I didn't see before. I then went over to configure the device and the error is now gone. Sounds like upgradin...

MM 4 puking when trying to configure synch
Been a user of MM for around 6 yrs. Very few problems until I upgraded from 3x to 4x. Terrible mistake on my part to not have done a system restore 1st. Live and learn... Anyway, did the upgrade, all appeared to go well until I tried to synch my music to my 16g usb drive. Quite a diaster. MM kept lo...

I would like to be able to provide you that info but unfortunately, I did quite a bit trying to get it to work before I posted and I didn't really document it along the way so anything I could tell you would be incomplete (and perhaps misleading) at best. I can tell you that I could not get all of t...

Ok, that makes sense. However, the only reason we thought the tracks were in different folders is because the portable player is only playing the songs from one artist (folder) and we couldn't play songs from any other artists on his portable player. So that's when I put the cd in my PC and it appea...

Thanks Cowboy. Some of what you're saying I couldn't follow what you're trying to say. I'm trying to burn these songs for my son. He has a portable player and it doesn't appear to navigate to mulitple directories so all the songs need to be in one folder. To me, this seem like a very basic function ...
