DO you have any troubleshooting advice?

SO I set up a few dynamic playlists to look for unrated tracks in MM. I have those playlists syncing to my iPhone 4. I rate these tracks hoping this rating will get sent back to MM then I next sync. I mistyped a Genre a while back and it keeps showing up in the dropdown when I am tagging genres now. How do I delete it from showing up. There are a few others I would like to delete as well.

I'm not sure what's going on but I can't edit the Tempo Mood Occasion tags.

Does anyone know where the star ratings are stored? If it's in a database file, I want to make sure I back that file up every now and then. I have spent months rating my library and if I lose that

Really? The rating are stored in the tags? So if I share the mp3 track with someone via email, when they import in they get my star rating on the track?

It's not checked in my settings. That's why I can't figure why it keeps launching.

How can the ratings library be backed-up

I really want to make sure that I backup the ratings. I put a lot of time into setting the ratings so I want to make sure they are backed up in case of an error or HD fail.
