Hi, I noticed something weird yesterday: When I startup MM, it was configured to scan/update my music directory on my NAS. Yesterday I terminated the scan at the point where it said "Adding 84123 of 101123 (\\path_of_the_file)" (which is odd actually since I have about 88500 songs in my DB...

iTunes could see the MM-synced album, but it was greyed out. I could not sync any songs in iTunes. So I did an "erase and sync" in iTunes, because it complained that the library was synced with another iTunes. The album on the iPhone was gone now (the one which was synced with MM yesterday...

Any news? I didn't have time to do this yet, but now I have and i want to try it, but how do I dump the contents of the iPhone?

btw: it looks like 3b5 is the last beta,the golden version, no other beta came out, so it's worth testing now as the protocol doesn't seem to change anymore.

So basically the thing you need to do is to sync only few albums with few tracks (1-2) in iTunes on clean iPhone and dump/archive whole iPhone content, then clean it again and sync same tracks/albums with MM and see if album art is incorrect and dump it again for comparison, then again start your s...

looks like it is working, I have now beta 4, and all the music was gone according to the iphone, but after a resync, which took a couple of seconds, it appeared again :) update: hmm, i was a little bit too optimistic, I copied about 180 songs to my iPhone, and they do not show up on the iphone itsel...
