I accept of course that MM sometimes doesn't find an album. I'm just surprised that it does find 4 tracks, and not the rest of the album.

But: MM shouldn't update fields if it is instructed explicitely not to do so. That is my main point.

Each time I connect my iphone to my PC, MM5 starts.

I think I have switched this on accidentaly, but I don't know how to switch it off.

The relevant options in MM5 on scanning and syncing are all unchecked.

Any ideas what I could do?

It does not always behave in the same way. Currently it is downloading pics at 1 per 1-2 seconds. And only for the artwork that is visible on screen.

What I dislike most of all is the screen full of blue boxes that gradually shows the pictures that were allready downloaded.

Progress of lookups is getting far worse. Now artist artwork is only looked up if the artist is clicked first. So no automatic progress anymore.
This is not workable for larger libraries.

Great, thanks. I would also prefer MM to keep searching missing artist artwork, not just the artists that are visible on the screen. For larger collections it is annoying that you have to scroll manually through the whole alphabet. Is this a deliberate choice? In that case I suggest you reconsider it.

I'm not quite sure if I should resend the pictures... But I am learning about the way MM finds the pictures. I think it is as follows. The issue happens while I am still in the process of finding all artist artwork. For the artists that are already done, I don't see issues. So that makes me confiden...
